Are seats assigned or general admission seating?

Seat are assigned when the reservation is made. If you have a seating preference it is best to call box office at 417-334-4363. Online reservations are given best available seating.

How early do I need to arrive?

Theater lobby opens 30 minutes before show time.

Where and when do I pick up tickets?

The two ticket windows open at 9 a.m. daily and are located on our front covered porch as you enter the theater.

Do you have handicap parking and seating?

Yes, handicap parking is located in front of and on the west side of the theater closest to a ramp. We invite you to call the box office to discuss your seating needs.

Do you offer food at the theater?

We have concession stand with soft drinks, popcorn, and candy. Alcohol is not available at the theater.

Is there a dress code?

Dress code is very casual.

Are photos allowed during the show?

Hamners’ Unbelievable doesn’t allow any photo or video recording during the show. Our other shows allow photos if you don’t use your flash.

Do I need to buy tickets in advance or are the available day of show?

For the best seats, you should make reservations ahead of time, but seats are available for most shows at the box office at show time.
